WELCOME GUESTS AND FRIENDS
Many of our units are short term vacation rentals - both owners and guests enjoy the same amenities and must follow the same rules and regulations set by the HOA.
HOT TUB: There is a hot tub located in the common area for everyone to use. Owners and guests must replace the hot tub cover when finished using it.
LAUNDRY: Free washing machines and dryers are available for renters and owners in the common area. Please be mindful of other guests, and don’t leave your laundry in the machines after they are cleaned and dried.
PARKING: Each unit has a free, designated parking spot available. Cars must always display the proper pass, attainable from the management company or condo owner that you rent from. There is a fee for lost parking passes.
TRASH: The trash bin is located on the Woodside Ave end of the parking lot. Owners and guests are responsible for walking their trash to the dumpster when it is full.
PETS: Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted by the owner.
FITNESS: Alpenhof Condominiums do not currently offer a fitness center, however there are several nearby fitness facilities:
