  • Historic Main Street

    Historic Main Street is the center of downtown Park City and the heart of its Old Town district, functioning as a year-round hub for shopping, dining, and mountain recreation. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this half-mile stretch preserves the city's 19th-century western mining heritage while hosting modern world-class events. It’s within walking distance from Alpenhof condos, which is key during high traffic nights and weekends.

  • Park Silly Sunday Market

    The Park Silly Sunday Market is a free, eco-friendly open-air market and street festival held on Historic Main Street in Park City, Utah, typically running for 14 Sundays from June through September. It features unique local, regional arts and crafts, live music, street performers, and gourmet food.  Located within walking distance from Alpenhof Condos, this is a must-see event each weekend in the summer.

  • Utah Olympic Park

    Utah Olympic Park in Park City, Utah, is a year-round venue built for the 2002 Winter Olympics, serving as an Olympic training site and a public adventure park with activities like bobsledding, ziplining, and ski jumping, plus a free museum on-site. Located just 10 minutes down the road from Alpenhof condos, it’s an easy drive to experience the legacy of the Olympics in Utah. Great for all ages.

  • Canyons Village and Deer Valley Concerts

    Enjoy live music in both Canyons Village and Deer Valley. Concerts on the Slopes offers outdoor, open-air concerts starting in early July, and are held at the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain. The Deer Valley Concert Series is a summer outdoor music event held at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. Partnered with The State Room Presents, the series offers picnic-style, mountain-side seating for up to 4,500 guests, with notable 2025 performers including The Beach Boys, Maren Morris, and Common.  Alpenhof Condos are are the free shuttle route to both locations.

  • Mountain Biking

    Park City, Utah, is a premier mountain biking destination, boasting over 450 miles of trails and the world's first IMBA Gold-Level Ride Center. It features diverse terrain ranging from flowy, aspen-lined XC trails to high-alpine, technical, and lift-serviced downhill riding at resorts. The area is renowned for its interconnected trails, making it ideal for both, beginner-friendly paths in Round Valley and challenging, long-distance routes.  The main bike trail through Park City is across the street from Alpenhof Condos, behind the City Park.

    The Outlets at Junction Commons (formerly Outlets Park City), offers over 65 brand name outlet stores including Nike, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, JCrew and many more. Located six miles north of Park City at Kimball Junction, it’s easily accessible on the free town bus.

  • Park City Skating Rink and Mountain Village

    Located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, the Resort Center Ice Skating rink welcomes skaters of every skill level to glide and swirl in this delightful winter paradise. After skating, enjoy food, drinks and shopping at the base. The rink is a 5 minute walk from Alpenhof condominiums.

  • Winter Activities

    There’s no shortage of winter activities. For a thrill that’s fun for the whole family, head to the Alpine Slide and Mountain Coaster. The Alpine Slide features over 3,000 feet of track through banks, twists and turns, while the Mountain Coaster offers a high-speed ride through scenic landscapes.
